John

There was a once in a life time cancellation of all flights. The hotel knew Milne could make it into their stays. Yet charge me for all 5 nights not just one all 5. Anyone else would have understood it was no fault of mine I want there. And no one was going to be coming in either so the hotel would have been empty to have no regard for the disaster happening to flights around the country was ridiculous and in extremely poor taste!
