I spent a couple of days with my elderly parents at this property. All the staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that my parents were very well taken care of. And they did it with such grace! We could not be more grateful to them for allowing us to get a respite from my mother’s health issues.

The property is nice but the stay experience doesn't justify the cost of property. Also, I had buffet dinner included in my stay and it was very disappointing. The breakfast menu was decent (average taste) but the dinner was terrible both menu wise and taste wise. The staff was very cooperative and well trained

Heritage Village Resort is an amazing property in Manesar and is a relieving getaway from hustle bustle of the city. Service is excellent, food is good and tasteful. Well maintained rooms and great set up. Wonderful hospitality. For elderly also they have wheelchair, and golf carts to move around. We were received with a warm welcome with Rajasthani music and welcome drink. Check in was very personalised and they were constantly in touch with us on mobile regarding our preferences and arranged everything accordingly and very thoughtfully. It was my daughter's birthday and they made special room arrangements for that. Awesome experience. Thanks

My daughter became sick after eating the food at the restaurant, started vomiting at 4am during our first night there. We therefore decided to leave by 9am leaving our rest of the 3 night-stay incomplete. The front desk staff was not courteous enough to discuss the reason for leaving early and did not even offer any help. It was really a bad trip for myself and my family. These guys should pay more attention to hygiene, especially the food.

Unique heritage look with plenty of greenery gives very good feeling. A morning walk was ultimate experience to inhale such fresh and pure air. Food quality was awesome. Activities arranged were entertaining and children really enjoyed.
