The staff’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall management was very poor. There was no one available at the reception during checkout, which made the process unnecessarily difficult. Moreover, unexpected charges were added to the bill for items that we had not even consumed during our stay. Even for basic requests, we had to call the staff multiple times before getting any assistance. Overall, the service was far below expectations and definitely not worth the experience.
