Also the young lady from reception (i cant quite remember her name - but she appeared very senior in her position) but she was so lovely and attentive. She brought us up to our room and showed us the surprise. As a team, the three of them really know how to make their guest feel valued and supported. They were the reason my husband and i had a pleasant stay. Great asset to the company! 😊 Room was spacious and lovely. We stay in 2 different rooms at the hotel due to our itinerary. Both rooms were spotless and bed were comfy. We also used the gym and it was really nice and well equipped."
