"This hotel is new, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. Rooms The room was a good size and, most importantly, very clean — something we truly appreciated, as it’s not always easy to find in India. We were working during our stay, and the internet connection was reliable. Staff The staff was amazing: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They really made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Food Breakfast was excellent. It’s an Indian buffet, but we were also able to order additional items to avoid spicy food in the morning, which was a big plus. The hotel is just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the Golden Temple, which was perfect for us. We highly recommend this place!"

"This stay is in a very good location in Amritsar. Unfortunately, the photos on the booking profile do not accurately reflect the stay, at least in my case. There was no window in the room, the bedding was perhaps not laundered very well, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. No water, no coffee/tea kettle. This said, the AC worked very well and overall the stay was comfortable enough."

"Great place to stay to visit Harmandir Sahib Golden Temple. It's right in the center of the action of Heritage Street right near the Maharaja Ranjit Singh statue and Jallianwalla Bagh Park. The soundproofing is excellent to get a good night's sleep, because Heritage St is extremely busy all day and almost all night. The room wasn't super clean and had exposed wiring in the bathroom, but for the price, it was fine. We had great hot water. The staff is excellent and listened to our requests and concerns. Keep in mind - it's located on a barricaded area for pedestrian traffic only, so taxis can only drop you off near the barricade so you'll have to walk a few yards to get to the hotel. Inside the lobby, there are 3-4 steps without a railing to get to the elevator/lift - which was tough for senior citizen grandmother."

"Amazing staff, accommodated our needs immediately. Check in and check out services were smooth. Breakfast option is really good and staff upstairs is helpful. Offered cleaning services daily. Tipping culture is aggressive, as a visitor we should not feel obligated to tip, nor should we be asked to tip more. "
