"The bathroom towel hanger was broken. And the TP Roll was almost empty. Rm 401 is a nice room but it could get noisy as it is next rto resteraunt. It is strategically located to the old city. Staff were very friendly."

"This stay is in a very good location in Amritsar. Unfortunately, the photos on the booking profile do not accurately reflect the stay, at least in my case. There was no window in the room, the bedding was perhaps not laundered very well, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. No water, no coffee/tea kettle. This said, the AC worked very well and overall the stay was comfortable enough."

"Very hard to locate, dirty and filthy surrounding. Staff was good, inside is OK, but no fridge and microwave. Expedia must provide phone numbers of hotel to customers. I was frustrated to locate the hotel as phone no given by Expedia was not of the hotel. "

"overall it was just an OK stay. Can’t say that it was bad because you get what you pay for. But there’s definitely much better options around for the same price. Also i think properties should share more photos of the surrounding area and be more detailed about the facilities and amenities. "

"Good location. Room was an airless windowless box. Like all Indian hotels it was worn out and ingrained dirt. The Expedia photographs show a decent room with windows and space what I got was room 202 and my pal 402. Both windowless boxes. The catering was awful unless you want some ghastly green brown liquid curry for breakfast.DIY toast was the best on offer for Europeans."

"Great place to stay to visit Harmandir Sahib Golden Temple. It's right in the center of the action of Heritage Street right near the Maharaja Ranjit Singh statue and Jallianwalla Bagh Park. The soundproofing is excellent to get a good night's sleep, because Heritage St is extremely busy all day and almost all night. The room wasn't super clean and had exposed wiring in the bathroom, but for the price, it was fine. We had great hot water. The staff is excellent and listened to our requests and concerns. Keep in mind - it's located on a barricaded area for pedestrian traffic only, so taxis can only drop you off near the barricade so you'll have to walk a few yards to get to the hotel. Inside the lobby, there are 3-4 steps without a railing to get to the elevator/lift - which was tough for senior citizen grandmother."

"Amazing staff, accommodated our needs immediately. Check in and check out services were smooth. Breakfast option is really good and staff upstairs is helpful. Offered cleaning services daily.
