"The room was smaller than what i ordered. From reception, I received a reason for that something like: "oh, it was an international booking so we do not have this in our platform. did you pay? Let me see how we could recover the money from the reservation, because, the booking is in their hotels chain ...." Also, in the bathroom was a problem - i had to take care, after each shower, do not let the water to enter into the room. The view of the room was great."
