"The bed was awful. The indoor pool was ice cold. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were extremely gross. Just add water. The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name. Also the guy a art the dear is always rude. He always says he doesn't have any king rooms left when you call and ask,, so he tries to sell you a suite for more money.., but you can immediately get on expedite and order a king room and magically they have one available. This is the 3rd time I've done this with him so bear. This guy is a swindler. "
