open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another...
