ALL the staff, Margaret, Izzet, Suheyla, absolutely everyone made this the most memorable stay. I would come back here immediately, the escape lounge, the gym, the rooms were all top class. "Very bad experience. When we got there, the reception desk took a long time to find out reservation. Person at the desk didn’t speak ONE WORD of English. Rooms are very very basic. Only good thing is the location, close to the sea. "
