"I went to the given address and there was no such place. People in neighborhood didn't know of it's existence. I called the phone number given with booking and no one answered. I was left in a very difficult situation to find alternative accommodation. I have notified Hotels.com but they fail to answer my complaint. Not happy."

À valider avec l’hébergement avant confirmation. Il manquait plusieurs choses à notre chambre (serviette, petite lumière). L’expérience a été rehaussée grâce au petit déjeuner dans le jardin.
