"I chose well, the hotel has a fantastic staff (and I would like to thank Daniela in reception for going the extra mile for us), the room was very nice and very clean, the location is great because you have everything around you and the tram took us from the airport straight there, I’m from there we could go to the centre of Edinburgh for £2.80 each. The Ubers are also very cheap. The swimming pool, the steam room and the sauna were really good, the food at the hotel was also pretty good. I do recommend this place, without any need doubt."

"The gym manager sorted us out when the reception failed to respond to request for tea and milk. Printed our boarding passes for us, which was helpful. Good location for airport as multiple buses and also the tram run to airport and also to central Edinburgh and the zoo - bus stop just outside, tram and train within easy walking distance. Good selection of items for breakfast."

"Would have liked that in the price they could have included cleaning of the room. Or at least let us know in Expedia of what is not included in the price"

"Staff really nice , we had an accessible room for my wheelchair, bathroom good our only gripe was the lack of storage or shelves which I found just “annoying”. Great location just off the Royal Mile, perfect for exploring."

"I didnt use the bar or breakfast facilities. My only issue was the fact the rooms are so spread out. The first room offered you had to use two different lifts to change floors to access it and walk through a rabbit warren of corridors. I have a sore knee so found the distance too far. I was moved to a closer room but this was still quite far away but did only need 1 lift to access it. When I asked why there is nothing on the website or when booking to explain as to why you need to access a different building I was told the room is only allocated the day before so it may not have been so. Still time to warn customers as I would not have stayed if I had known this."
