My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We loved the view from the balcony, its size and amenities. The lay out of the condo was perfect and helped to make our stay comfy and stress free. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the condo. The security guard is very friendly and gave us a sense of ease. We will be back!!

Just Breathtaking

I planned a trip to the gulf shores three months ago. I heard about the white sand beaches and the warm water from the gulf. My original plans for a hotel fell through and thank goodness I found this one at the last minute. I couldn't be happier with my trip.All the way around. The view is outstanding! You're on the tenth floor so you might get a little height aversion. Clean, friendly, spacious for 2. 5/5 stars

Everything was great except floors and rugs were dirty couldnt walk onn them without getting dirty feet. Ice maker doesnt work and dirst bath doesent have shower.and room should have mop and broom so guest can get sand and dirt up. But over all had a great time. Views from room was great.

We liked the view from the balcony. We did not like the fact our refrigerator was not already working on arrival, never has this happen anywhere. We were given instructions on how to turn it on from warm! We followed to the “T”. It malfunctioned. We lost food we brought . Also the garbage disposal had been leaking for a very long time.. it had a bucket to catch the water. We used dishwasher and it leaked water through the disposal onto underside of the sink. No hand soap , not enough towels . The elevator was down on one side all weekend , making waits incredibly long. So long that we couldn’t get checked out on time.. and I’m not using 10 flights of stairs. So this gets a rating of 2

Nice Room with a Few Negatives

Property was clean and view was great. This is a VRBO with a little different normalities than a hotel However.. We have stayed in scores of VRBO's throughout the world and some things did not live up. 1. One roll of toilet paper was provided. Also no shampoo and or conditioner. First time I've encountered this. Petty to not supply. The total nightly cost is plenty to cover this. 2. Even though this is beachfront, no beach towels provided. I asked after we arrived and was told, "bring your own". I came across the country for 3 nights with carry-on bags. I'm not gonna pack beach towels. I have never had a beachfront VRBO not provide towels. 3. Shower in main bedroom could use a shower rod upgrade to curved rod. Spent most of the time in shower pushing the curtain off myself as I tried to do my business. 4.(Not necessarily the owners fault) The fire alarm went of twice during our 3 day stay. The second time was at 4:30am. You can imagine the fun of walking down 16 floors in a stupor of sleep. Although most of these things aren't major, they will proclude me from staying again with this management company.

This place is perfect for 4 people. Beach front and very short walk. Also easy chair/umbrella rental available. Condo was clean and kitchen will stocked. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back soon!

We had a wonderful visit but expected it to be totally clean considering what is charged for a cleaning fee. We understand why you wouldn’t want food items available but some coffee would be nice and a spare roll of toilet paper.

The property room wasn’t bad, but needed new toaster, hot tub needed to work, kitchen faucet was really bad, elevator was not good, took very long time. Didn’t mind the painting that was gong on but all the drilling and hammering in next room was not good. Iam so sorry to give you a bad review but hallways were not clean and a mattress that had a lot of fecees on it for a day, which wasn’t good. So very sorry. Because it still was a great vacation
