Best Western On The Beach

"I would not recommend spending your money to vacation at this place. We stayed there last weekend. My husband and I visited this location 2 weeks ago for some much need R&R. Unfortunately we had a room with an adjoining door and our neighbors smoked and partied all night. Due to the smell coming out from under the door and the music blaring I called the front desk to complain around 2am. I spoke with a sweet lady who assured me she would take care of it. Another hour went by of blaring music and I called the front desk again and asked her if we could move to another room. She said they had nothing available and she had been up to the room next door and knocked and they didn't answer. She also stated she smelled the smoke. The next day I was charged $290.00 on my credit card. When I reached out to customer service they told me it was for a smoking fee. I explained to them exactly what happened and asked them to please talk to their front desk to hear my story. They then told me that they had and there was nothing I could do. I do not smoke and that is an unauthorized charge. Its very sad that something like this can happen. Our neighbors should have been removed from the property immediately yet they got to stay and we got charged for their smoking fee. NEVER AGAIN BEST WESTERN!"

"+. Great location for the beach. The pool Room Laundry room Staff at front desk - Maintenance of pool area particularly the Chairs and concrete around the pool Housekeeping came by at 7 am and when we were in the room she didn’t come back. They could hire maybe a couple three more people."

"Loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel and location. The view from 6th floor was perfect. The amenities were great!!! We will stay here again. Rooms clean, bed comfy, big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future."
