"They don’t know how to treat the customer. They don’t even tell us about the restaurant or the activity timing. The bus driver is so arrogant that he doesn’t even greet the customers. Overall, it was a very ok experience"

"Pools can be cleaner. Room cleaning and service was good. Friendly staff. Loved the Ocean view from our 5th floor room, and beach view from the beach pool, especially when sunsets. The Resort is beautiful and is centre to many places and walking distance to night market."
