"We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. "Perfect spot with a great view of the city, easy check-in procedure, ample parking all around the area. You walk to the castle in 1 minute. This is definitely the heart of the City and best place to stay! Staff is very helpful with all questions"

In general, really overpriced for the place that is unkept"
