"An absolute gem of a property. Everything about it was wonderful, but I have to commend the staff and how helpful they were to us when our driver to Pompeii and Positano backed out at the very last minute. They stepped in and took care of it for us. I don't know how they did it as it was very busy, but they did and I am eternally grateful to them. Beautiful room and beautiful views. We had dinner at their Michelin star restaurant and a Dry Martini from the one-and-only dry martini bar in Italy. Exquisite! I highly recommend!!!"

"This hotel is new and stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and are well stocked with everything a luxury hotel should have. The breakfast we had each morning was a highlight especially because of the wonderful servers who felt more like good friends by the time our 4 night stay was over. The staff in general were so kind and helpful. Also - it is super cool that this hotel has a private lift down to the walk by the beach clubs. No waiting in the line for the public lift. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Sorrento."
