"Lilly is the best staff member my wife and I have encountered in a very long time! The tall lady at the front desk that works the later shift to be specific!! I don’t care what she makes She needs a raise!!! I run a similar business and I advise anyone in management reading this to cherish this employee and compensate her properly for the kind of professionalism she offers while she’s still there. She needs to be training every employee in that building. I have the tendency purposely not booking the same place twice, but I will definitely be going again just because of the customer service we received on New Year’s Eve. "

"Great staff, daily room service, lovely breakfast, great access to gulf, clean facilities, nice pool area, and good deck area. Only problem was intermittent access to hot water and ground floor restrooms, near check-in area, were out of order. Special order omelets and burritos were excellent!"

"The rooms was spotless. The staff was amazing. From the minute we checked in during our stay and check out they were always there and willing to help us with anything we needed. This place is a hidden gem. We spend Christmas in Keywest, Fl every year this will most likely be our go to spot!! Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful!! "
