"Se supone que es una propiedad para hospedar 5 personas, eramos 5 y aun así cobraron como extra al niño que llevabamos. NO hicieron limpieza del lugar. Como aceptan mascotas el piso aún tenia mucho pelo de perro. Nunca contestan llama telefónica, por lo que la comunicación es bastante limitada. Se que no es único en ese hospedaje, pero inflan bastante sus precios por ser puente o fin de semana. El espacio cómo tal es adecuado pero el servicio es pesimo."

"The resort is a well rounded facility with every amenity you could ask for. Clearwater beach is fabulous, sand is clean and there are a lot of activities you can do outside of the resort. Very affordable for all different income levels and you don’t think of anything when you are here but having a good time, relaxing and enjoying life!!!"

"Our stay at this resort was fabulous. They had the beach, a cool pool, a heated pool and a hot tub, all close to each other. The room key band was convenient. Even though the breakfast buffet was delicious, we found it to be expensive if you aren't a big eater, or if you children aren't. We found it more reasonable to order breakfast off the menu. For lunch and dinner there is a food trailer on property, but they are very slow. The Boardwalk is next door and convenient for lunch and dinner. They are several restaurants, and they were all very good. There are gift shops there as well. The only issue we had was parking our rental van. The place is fully booked, but we did manage to find a spot every night. All in all, we had a great time, and would stay there again."

"All in all, we had a great stay! the location of the property is perfect and the beach was so nice. The staff was very kind and helpful (contrary to their sister property next door)! We especially loved the lady who does breakfast and coffee in the morning by the front desk, she definitely put a smile on everyone's face! We tried 3 of the restaurants onsite (RumFish Grill, the pizzeria at the other property and Gulfside Kitchen) and the food and service were really good too! The hotel itself needs a little love, it is not in the best shape, but it was ok. The pools were nice, except the one in the kids area with the pirate ship; it was pretty "cloudy" so we did not get in! Our room was comfortable and we liked the configuration, it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens since we had a lot of space and separated areas. It would be nice if there was added security or supervision on site so rules were respected. There was ALOT of people smoking weed and cigarette around the pool and public areas, which was annoying."
