"I am beyond delighted with my stay. The property speaks for itself but my stay was elevated due to the friendliness of the staff and their amazing demeanor and personality. I would specifically like to mention Hector and Reuben at the Nectar bar. They are amazing individuals and deserve recognition for the value they bring to the hotel. Another individual I would like to mention is Moises at the Vantage bar located in the lobby. These three individuals turned my stay into something I will never forget and they leave me with a desire to comeback just to see them and relive this experience. "

"The staff was simply amazing. Great service and the food was fantastic. We had unlimited Ala Carte restaurants and went to the buffet once. The beach has no seeweed and has blue turquoise water. I would definitely recommend this resort. 5 stars for me."
