"Great polite staff in an industry when you don't run into that much anymore. They never ran out of pool towels. The first place I've ever stayed that I can say that. The location is perfect. West side and North rooms get a view of the sunset. Expect to pay extra for that. If you have a car, you must utilize the valet and they charge you $42/day and every guest gets charged $35 plus taxes Resort fee, daily, on top of what you pay when you book it so add that to your comparison shopping."

"Love the location and how easy it is to get to French Quarter sites. The particular room I had (a very comfortable suite) could use a good deep clean - orange stains on the carpets, scale build up on the glass shower doors, as well as a broken bathroom door handle. Staff are always very friendly and helpful."
