"I have stayed at a number of hotels in my lifetime and the Westin Tampa is definitely in my top 5 experiences. It was the customer service in every department for me - Earnest's hospitality and love at the front desk, the young man that works in the pool area, the bartender ensuring all of our meals were correct, the housekeeping team providing us with the tools we needed to maintain our suite, the valet team - every person on site was clearly committed to creating a high-quality experience for the hotel's guests. The pool was gorgeous. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The hotel smelled wonderful and the rooms were updated and clean. The Westin will be our hotel of choice any time we are in Tampa."

"Really nice hotel. Right on Biurbon street. We did not know it but there was a big festival when we arrived so it was a bit loud but heck that’s why one goes to the French quarter . Super friendly staff. Room was great. Pool is beautiful and significantly better than most pools at hotels. Gym was also very good. Coffee gets served a little late but I think that’s inherent to the French Quarter where people stay up late often! Staff recommended great jazz club. Overall wonderful experience"

"Pagué por una habitación con vista al mar pero lo que veía antes del mar era la piscina, me dieron una habitación frente a la piscina, no estaba mal pero no fue lo que Pagué, no tiene balcón privado, no tiene ducha en la piscina para el que llega de la playa se deshaga de la arena y del agua salada, por lo demás todo bien estaba en una habitación con cocina y tenía los utensilios adecuados"
