Gulf Coast hotel rooms a the Delta Hotels

"Quiet location with friendly staff. We went with several people so we're in several of the rooms and each of them were in need of a good cleaning. Many reviews mentioned lack of cleanliness but there were responses saying it was addressed so we took a chance. We knew it was older but clean it was not. Just painting the baseboards would help to dress it up a bit. But it was badly in need of sweeping and mopping in places besides the lobby and common areas. I wouldn't recommend or go back. And be aware, they direct you to the time share desk "to finish checking in.""

"Terrible service by the front desk lady and the manager!!!!!! Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the precious costumers who give them the business!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!"

"the room was clean upon entering. staff was attentive and friendly. if you do park there be prepared to walk just a little bit from the parking lot to the hotel which is across the street. the room itself was much smaller in the picture but i didn’t mind since i was solo traveling. also the pillows that they have are the most comfortable pillows i have ever slept on. "

"The trip was absolutely incredible and as we walked out after checking out, the man standing outside that works for you, stopped us with his kind words. That’s something we will never forget! Please make sure he knows how incredible that was!"

"Front desk staff were great, as was maintenance! We had to ask for our room to be clean and it still only happened once. It’s an older building and you can tell things are broken and not really up to par but for the price who am I to complain?"

"The location was excellent. Loved the views of the beach and hearing the ocean. No one came to clean our room the entire stay which was ok but I did ask the Fri t desk for towels to be delivered but it was not. It was no problem reusing the towels but I would expect if you made a request at the front desk for towels they would be delivered."
