"We had a basement level. Walk out to the beach room at first when they told me this I was very annoyed with my rate of pay from my room, but then I got to see the room and the walk out to the beach. And it was very pleasant and enjoyable. The room was very quaint, not something that I expected after they told me which room they gave me LOL."

"Hotel overall was ok. Valet and bell services were very lacking while the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The resort fees charged were of no value to us. Beach amenities should be included in these fees. Of the 180 degree view from our gulf view (upgrade) room, maybe 10 degrees was gulf view."

"The room itsself was goid hotel amenity were great. However getting locked out of my room multipal times, was not great. Maintenance had to come to my room 3 separate times to fix the door. Parking was a compleate mess. Staff was as attentive as could be "
