Perfect hotel choice for tourists in Xi'an

Great stay. Central location with easy access to tourist attractions and local restaurants. Room was clean and functional. Annie at the front desk was really helpful and resourceful. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Good service with facilities to be upgraded.

Good: 1) service is good, staff are friendly 2) lots restaurants nearby 3) close to the tourist sights Bad: 1) The facilities seems a bit old 2) there was no hot water when I came home at mid night, they changed a room for me and upgraded 3) Taxi is better since no subway closeby.

Ok but not great.

The hotel is in general ok. It located in downtown. Hotel provides lots of misleading information. For example, hotel says they provide shuttle service to the airport. The service is once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Not convenient for most passengers. Hotel says it has laundry facility. There is no laundry facility. They have an outside laundry service. The room is very hot. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. One electric outlet is not working. The USB outlet doesn’t work.

市中心

酒店樓下便是商場，可以買衣服逛街。馬路對面就有麥當勞，斜對面是一個公園，晚上有很多長輩打陀螺舞，很特別。酒店後街有小吃大排檔，有當地特色烙鍋。早餐方面還算豐富，差不多是四星等級。美中不足便是停車場沒有電梯，以及床太硬，睡起來不是很舒適

現地支払いで申し込んだところ、ELONG TRAVELという会社から予約時と異なる金額でクレジット決済されました。現地では支払いが無かったので、これが宿泊代支払だったと思われますが、何の連絡・通知もなく、非常に紛らわしいです。改善すべきだと思います。
