I would recommend this resorts to everyone. Its location, modern facility and cleanliness are highly impressive. To include its safety environment is beyond par from its competitors I’ve had been staying in Panglao. Keep it that way and we’ll keep coming back with some of our friends and family members. Hooorah!"

"It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty. In the end, we were transferred to another room. The staff at the reception were also quite rude, and even some of the other staff weren’t accommodating. When we asked to borrow a towel, they told us to go back to our room and get it ourselves shouldn’t they have towels available downstairs? Overall, the room was clean, but the location is a bit far from the beach. The service was disappointing, and it definitely wasn’t worth the price."
