"Hotel incredibly hard to find Apple and Google maps send you to the wrong location. No sign outside the hotel. Check in on the 4th floor in an office using a service lift. Room barely looks like room with no tv / projector as seen in photos. "

"We loved the hotel’s location, services, and breakfast. Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay."

"Great breakfast & large dining area so didn't feel too busy. Good selection of food. Nice staff. Had to change room due to noisy guests next door but that wasn't fault of hotel & staff were quick to move us with no issues Hamper provided upon leaving. Pool was being renovated so not used. Large gym & play area for children"
