"Really clean and nice facility overall. But with the AC being out, one of our 8 rooms having ants and then 4 of the 8 showers weren’t working properly either for some reason"

"The Westin was located at the end of a quiet street. It almost had a cul-de-sac feel as there was very little traffic going that way unless you were headed to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, pleasant and respectful. The hotel was clean and neat. I enjoyed my room very much. It was spacious, clean and everything worked! I didn't get to use the gym, but it looked nicely equipped. Parking was easy, self park that you do have to pay for but it wasn't too bad. You do have to use the QR code to register from the first night you're there so they can log your parking days accurately. Learned that the hard way. It just messes up your balance which the staff can help you straighten out. The breakfast was very good and more than just a continental bagels, coffee and juice. I am definitely going to stay there again!"

"Paid for premium king suite. There was no soap, shampoo, etc in the available containers in shower or next to sink. The premium was supposed to have upgraded bedding and snacks, which was also not provided. There was an accessible shower sprayer that fell from the shower wall due to a rusted bolt. The shower curtain also would not stay closed due to the shower rod almost being detached from wall. No power access on one side of bed. Strong smell of pot everywhere."
