"Positive.
- Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant.
- breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good
Negative
- high level of humidity in the room.
- smell of humidity as well as mold
- the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap
- this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "

"You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time.
Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast."

"This is the perfect place to stay before an early flight or after a late arrival. Modern, spacious, clean, and a surprisingly lovely and peaceful setting so close to a main road and the airport. Staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. Our room was very spacious, with large and comfortable beds, a huge walk in shower with body jets (great after a long drive), plenty of hot water, and very quiet and efficient air conditioning.
We enjoyed our complimentary glass of wine before eating at the restaurant. The food was not particularly memorable or cheap, but handy as there seem to be few other eateries within walking distance.
A well stocked, excellent quality buffet breakfast is available from 4 a.m., if you can face it at that time! We walked the easy ten minutes to the airport to stretch legs before our flight, but a shuttle is available at any time.
Altogether well recommended, and we will certainly use it again."
"Buffet breakfast was amazing; such variety with hot and cold options. Hotel wasn’t within walk proximity to downtown, but Uber and Metro very efficient.
We enjoyed a drink in the beautiful bar lobby at the end of our days, and the hotel was quiet and seemed to attract a mature clientele.
We would definitely stay again."
"Very comfortable hotel. Great amenities: spa, gym, pool etc. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.
The hotel is at least 20 minutes walk away from the main sites of interest and as the town has many hills and the streets are largely cobbled t not suit everyone.
It is frustrating that a 5* hotel doesn’t provide hanging space in the bedroom for long dresses and skirts."
"The reception staff we met on day of arrival was very good. But not for rest of the days
1. House keeping staff did not understood english. Neither did they made any effort to understand what we were asking. I would expect them to atleast understand the basic words, if they are in hospitaliy business in Europe.
2. We had to call reception 2-3 times a day for water. Every day i had to walk down to reception to ask for bottle of water. It always took them more than an hour to get back with that bottle.
3. Water, tea, coffee, milk, these were never topped up upon room cleaning. We had to ask for same every single day.
4. The swimming pool they have is outdoor, is as big as a cricket pitch, a bit smaller in length I would say.
5. We had breakfast one day, again the staff was bit straight face. I found it to be bit rude."
"Very modern, clean, cool hotel. Rooftop pool area is a bit small, so on nice days the space can be very crowded, but it is still a nice spot, I would recommend!"
