"It was a nice hotel, the staff smile and polite always , the breakfast was great ! Just walk 10-15mins to the centre, very good! We have a good short break and will come to stay again! Thank you."

"Cleanliness excellent. Spa and pool excellent. Restaurant menu has changed and for me was disappointing. Lots of steak choices. No salads rice or pasta dishes which I expect were on the bar menu. Unfortunately the bar has a TV on 24/7 so not an ideal alternative to the restaurant unless you can eat outside. Overall a lovely stay. For me the restaurant was the only disappointment..but that's a personal view from someone who has stayed for the past 6 years"

"Self check in, Four computers in lobby to check in. Beginning at 3:00pm, It seems faster than waiting in line at a front desk. There are staff in lobby to help using the check in computers. Coffee machine on each floor, along with hot water. It's very nice and easy to use. My single bed room was small but the TV and AC worked okay. The AC is quiet and kept the room fairly Cool. The lowest cool setting in my was 19C. There is a Sainsburry grocery store across the street. Hotel is around 15 minute walk from the Suidehill Bus and Coach Station. Flixbus stops there. Check out was easy."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly - they made us feel welcome from the first moment we walked through the door. The hotel was clean and tidy and although we didn’t use the bar, it was very full when we were there…which suggests to me that it’s very popular. The breakfast was very good"
