"We had the most wonderful time staying at the Hobbit Hole. The property was incredible: well looked after and very clean. Everything has been very well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed gazing at the scenery out the window and enjoying the peaceful area."

The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "Staff are exceptional. When I arrived the desk girl gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room. The hotel is dated for sure but the breakfast buffet was decent and the staff very helpful giving us gluten free toast and sausage. Overall don’t go expecting a posh hotel but for value for money and a short stay it was ideal. Bed was also nice and comfy and a clean slightly dated room was nice size and you had a proper coffee pod machine in the room not instant. Very happy with our satay and a big thank you to the staff who treated us so well. "

"We were apprehensive on registration and climbing some rather steep stairs to the 3rd level, over worn carpets, beside cracked walls to arrive at a wonderful, spotless and comfortable room with a perfect bathroom, huge balcony with views over the marshes. Excellent breakfst to order - the only disappointment was "kippers" was just one - but then I am greddy!"
