"+ve great location , very homely and nice.
-ve : payment was made through Hotels.com but the receptionist staff asked the guest to pay again at checkin. Embarrasment could have been prevented if the reception staff were made aware about prepaid bookings."

"This is a solid hotel. Nothing too fancy, but met our needs. Being situated on a switch back makes it difficult to feel comfortable walking to restaurants. "

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so.
Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years.
Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "
