"Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. "Pet friendly stay in Perugia. Hotel is newly renovated and very nice. Rooms are smaller but typical for an Italian city hotel. Nice breakfast, romantic courtyard where you can have lunch or drinks. ‘Jazz room’ is great for working and taking calls — hotel WiFi is quite poor but ask at front desk for the conference room WiFi which is >10x faster. Perugia itself is perfection. Hotel is in a good location. Parking is off site but escalators take you ‘up’ into the city so a bit less inconvenient. Area in front of hotel to park while dropping luggage. EV charger 20m away."
