The staff are very warm and welcoming, the site and parking is very safe and secure. Food is nearby and available, the amenities you receive are based on what you purchase. Overall i would stay here again. Its very safe and convenient.

Clean, nice staff, great breakfast restaurant attached to the hotel. The area is a little outside the tourist area (mlwecon & las penas) but a quick 5$ taxi away.. Good AC and hot shower. Excellent WiFi also. Great value for short stay!

We asked for a quiet room and were given an inside room that was very quiet. The room had new bathroom with beautiful slate tiles and a Roman shower design. The free parking is fantastic; you can go in and out all day as much as you’d like and they open the doors for you as soon as you arrive or are ready to leave. It’s inside parking too so the car never gets hot. They also have coffee, hot water, tea bags, and drinking water out all day. The kitchen is excellent with a very low price. The encebollado is great. If you need anything the staff is extremely accommodating.

Love staying here. The staff are very accommodating. You have the private garage which helps tremendous with parking the rental car. Delicious breakfast is served everyday as well. Clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend

The hotel is next too a main intersection so traffic can be loud in the morning. There were also dogs across the street that were loud in the morning. The breakfast and lunches were excellent and very affordable. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in in my life.And I only stayed for thirty minutes after I was infested with bed, bugs and cockroaches. The ceiling was caved in and it was noisy the receptionist was not helpful courteous or offered any solution. We immediately left and was not offend an apology or a refund. Plus it was in one of the most dangerous areas of Guyaquil. Expedia you should remove this place from your listing for the safety of your guests
