As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "The hotel was amazing. It is a classy, wood finished Hotel with large spacious rooms and very comfortable amenities. The hotel offers breakfast included, which is a plus. The Cascade shower was very refreshing and powerful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is semi-private and far enough from the main attractions where nightlife does not bother you. It is a stroll away from Provenza and other restaurants and tourist attractions that were outstanding. I would recommend this Hotel 1 million times. The staff at front desk were very helpful on every shift."
