"The place was lovely and probably more so in the spring or in summer. We visited as we had business in town. The place was beautiful however location wise it is best suited for those with cars as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Transportation is ok but bus intervals are usually 1hr apart. As for the bus stop it is right outside Dolce Vita but it's pitch black dark at night and dangerous so be careful. I would recommend you to rent a car when staying here."

"Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. Food and wine is wonderful throughout the hotel. Rosmarino restaurant in particular is amazing: try the grilled tuscan chicken with a tomato salad on the side, you won’t regret it! I honestly can’t think of any negatives. We will certainly be back again!"

The property is a spectacular private farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, offering complete tranquility and breathtaking beauty in every direction. Set in a peaceful valley, it is surrounded by stunning 360-degree views of rolling hills, forests, open fields, and the picturesque town of Bibbona in the distance. It’s a great place to host a wedding or offsite or simply just relax The setting feels timeless; an authentic Tuscan landscape of extraordinary charm and serenity. Whether enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the countryside, swimming in the pool, or simply sunning oneself surrounded by the redolent scent of wildflowers and roses, every moment here is unforgettable. As the sun sets and bathes the hills in golden light, the beauty of the landscape becomes almost magical."

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

"I would stay here again. Nice place. Didn’t get to use the pool (December). Had a coin laundry in the car box (parking garage) that was reasonable compared to other places on my travels in Italy. The latte machine in the vending machine area was excellent for 60 cents euro. Great view of the sunset from our massive end unit patio. "
