I believe we were catfished. Location was wonderful- the room, not. Only a bed, dresser, and TV (with no channels). Very tiny room. We couldn’t open our suitcases at the same time. My first time in Puerto Rico with my two children and it was ruined due to the horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place . Manager is rude and inconsiderate. The pictures are not as “luxury “ as mentioned or looks in pictures. this property is meant to steal money from customers.
