Family trip of 4 adults 2 kids, we book two superior rooms and requested for side by side room but unfortunately was given quite far apart (although on same floor). The check in process is unusually long and staff can’t give accurate information such as the breakfast rate and one of the staffs even told me 2 and 4 years old kids breakfast are chargeable. Otherwise the location of hotel is good, linked directly with a luxury mall with some nice restaurants nearby.
