Disliked: Cleanliness
We had 3 rooms, none had windows then the reception staff said that breakfast was not included so we did not have breakfast the next day. We complained that when we made the booking it was included on the website and shown the only girl that spoke English and she agreed so reinstated the breakfast. I got bit several times from the bed in room 8238 and ended up sleeping with the light on for the 2 weeks we were there. Also they were drilling on the 3rd floor even on a Saturday and Sunday and started at 8am. We couldn’t have a nap in the afternoon as they were still drilling. The walls are very thin and you could hear the people next door coughing and sneezing. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the metro station and then about 5 mins on the metro to Beijing road, very misleading however plenty of shops and restaurants to eat. We went in October and the weather was about 34 degrees. Overall the staff were helpful, hotel is okay but personally I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a good hotel for business, the room was spacious. The only thing that was off for us was the cigarette smell. We booked a nonsmoking room. But the smell room smells like cigarettes. The person in front of our room was smoking and sitting with the door open, thus the smell on the whole floor. We reported it to the staff and they promptly acted on it. But after that the person still smokes and sits with the door open. We gave up reporting him.
