There is no airport shuttle and daily shuttle to Canton Fair - false advertising provided by this hotel. I book this hotel approx. 2-3 weeks before travelling and the same day I book i message to request airport shuttle and called several times. They only responded the day I was inflight which was too late, and to say I needed to pay. I booked this hotel because they advertised that theyprovide shuttle service so I was quite disappointed. Breakfast need to have more variety (international foods and veg options). Improve communication / language barrier for international travellers at the front desk - front desk receptionist are not always helpful or answer the phone. Location is good and accessible.

Nice and clean. Staff members are very helpful and cooperative. The hotel amenities on Travelocity mentions free airport pickup. However the hotel charges to pick up from the airport. Drop-off to the airport was free.

The front desk is very warm and thoughtful. The hotel is still clean and refreshing. The service staff is particularly enthusiastic. I am satisfied with the check-in. The front desk reception Xiao Zhao's service is very good. The room is hygienic and comfortable. The service staff is very warm and willing to provide all kinds of help. The breakfast is rich, the breakfast tastes good, there are many kinds of breakfast, the breakfast is delicious, the breakfast is cost-effective, the customer service is very good, the room is clean, and the stay is very safe. The front desk service is very timely, and the front desk actively helps me deal with the problem. It's great.

Room was with a small window and dark during a day . Old elevators , terrible free breakfast that I even didn’t eat . Hotel is hard to find and taxi had trouble to get there. Old elevators . Receptionist asked me for passport and was checking my immigration stamps and took picture of my face. Definitely weird procedure that was never done . Paid $120 for night thinking that it is high end place . It was not .
