Good location
The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy.
Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport.

Will not stay there again.
Many hairs were visible in the room. Condition poorly maintained. Front Desk staff dont even smile at guest. This was observed also at check-out.

The only thing good about this apartment is the location.
Check-in: Upon arrival at the hotel, they were 4-5 small counters for check in under different property owners which is quite confusing.
Lift: There are a few lifts but always crowded. Not great.
Room: OLD apartment that’s not well maintained, cleanliness level 5/10. Can be gross for some.
Location: Good, near to Beijing road and lots of food options.
Conclusion: 100% NOT recommended and definitely will not return to stay.

Es un edificio en el cual hay 5 empresas que gestionan apartamentos, la ubicación es la mejor, a pie de la estación de metro y a 100 m de la calle peatonal, muchos restaurantes y tiendas en la zona
Para entrar es un poco lioso la primera vez, si entras por el centro comercial entre las tiendas de uniclo y h&m al final están los mostradores
La cama como siempre en China muy dura
