I will not return

It's a nice building but with a lot of opportunities in maintenance. The experience at the reception was really bad, I made the checkin on line, but any way we we forced to fill the same form at frontdesk. The access to the room is quite complicated, there is no elevator and you need to go over some stairs with your luggage, no help from the staff. When we entered the room, no towels, soap or toilet paper. When we asked for them we received a bad mode response. We only received good treatment from the Waitress and the restaurant staff., the food is good.

DO NOY STAY HERE! This hotel had closed down and for some reason “reopened”. I get that it’s not the employees fault, they are doing the best they can, but I absolutely would not recommend! And this, is after they had changed us to a “better” room. Please save yourself the hassle and headache.

Han descuidado mucho el hotel ya es un hotel fantasma, recuerdo que todo solía estar a punto y la comida era buena. Ahora ya no hay transporte al centro de la ciudad, el desayuno es muy limitado (te advierten que te darán las cosas si hay) no hay servicio de televisión la alberca no está en servicio. La relación precio calidad no corresponde, lo único que lo salva es la amabilidad del personal QUE LASTIMA

Hotel totalmente abandonado, la alberca fuera de servicio, la tv de adorno porque no se veía ni un solo canal, restaurante sin personal, aire acondicionado super ruidoso y sin mantenimiento, la mezcladora del lavabo solo servía la llave de la fría. Totalmente decepcionado, no lo esperaba de un hotel de cadena y por lo que cobran. Quiero reconocer la labor del poco personal que hay, la verdad ellos hacen su mejor esfuerzo por atender de la mejor manera a los huéspedes de un hotel abandonado.

lo que rescató la estancia fue la habitacion limpia, y que solo fue escala para dormir. Le falta mucho mantenimiento, tiene goteras, alberca fuera de servicio, sin canales en TV, creo que no tarda en cerrar.
