We had a nice stay at Castillo de Santa Cecilia, the place views are nice, our room was comfortable, don’t expect luxury it’s an old building, but good to get some rest! The halls needed attention for the cleaning aspect.
We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Excellent location. Beautiful place from the exterior. Nevertheless the rooms were not well maintained.
Great, simple place to stay. Just be mindful that it's an old castle, so the amenities are older as well. Overall, it was a great and unique experience and I really enjoyed my stay.
The gave me a very bad room, because I reserved through expedia.com . Unfriendly staff
Dirty room.
I booked this Hotel just for the experience and to be scared
Nothing else ! Do not expect great things here.
This place is badly in need of repairs. Our room walls were peeling paint and it reeked of dampness. The bed, bedding, and all furniture was super old including the box TV (90s?).The humidity smell was bad and our room had no window to open. Bathroom entirely was in bad shape and barely had water come out of shower along with counter with sink was broken and dirty. The room we got should have never been rented out. Also the place is haunted. Had a horrible night. Got there late and stayed a few hours only but almost left 10 min in. Decided to stay only because of how late it was. They should just turn it into a museum. Place looks magical from the outside don’t fall for it. Just visit during the day.

The air conditioning was taped up then when it did go on it was extremely loud
I booked 2 nights, I left a night early. The castle was something I was looking forward to but it was a complete disappointment. The room layout was great, the outside property for photos was nice. The room itself was not clean, dusty and only one toilet worked. Saw some dead cockroaches. I traveled far so I was tired to leave at the moment. When it was bedtime both bed covers were covered in blood stains. At the point I couldn’t stay there. I left without even bothering with the front desk. I was so upset. Bathroom drain cover, tiles are all falling apart. The couches and chairs are all extremely dirty. If you want the photos of the castle visit during the day no need to stay. I learned my lesson you get what you paid for.

Puntos a mejorar:
