Great, simple place to stay. Just be mindful that it's an old castle, so the amenities are older as well. Overall, it was a great and unique experience and I really enjoyed my stay.

This room had to be the worst room I’ve ever booked. Room is very old and dirty. When we got to the room the housekeeper was still in there cleaning states she hasn’t made our bed yet and she’ll be back. Mold in the bathroom shower and sink. Trash was left in the room. Air conditioning was leaking water called front desk several times no one answered so we immediately checked out of our 2 night stay and book a different hotel in town. The idea of a castle was cool but it was so ran down inside. This place has so much potential but they have failed it. Blanket on the bed was ripped towels were gray no amenities. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked!

The gave me a very bad room, because I reserved through expedia.com . Unfriendly staff Dirty room. I booked this Hotel just for the experience and to be scared Nothing else ! Do not expect great things here.

This place is badly in need of repairs. Our room walls were peeling paint and it reeked of dampness. The bed, bedding, and all furniture was super old including the box TV (90s?).The humidity smell was bad and our room had no window to open. Bathroom entirely was in bad shape and barely had water come out of shower along with counter with sink was broken and dirty. The room we got should have never been rented out. Also the place is haunted. Had a horrible night. Got there late and stayed a few hours only but almost left 10 min in. Decided to stay only because of how late it was. They should just turn it into a museum. Place looks magical from the outside don’t fall for it. Just visit during the day.

DO NOT STAY HERE! - ¡NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ! We made our reservation for 2-nights thinking we were giving our son a one in a life time experience, staying in a “castle”. When we arrived and received our rooms they were in very poor conditions and seemed to need dusting. We tolerated that, but then in the afternoon when my husband tried to shower there was NO hot water. My husband went to reception to try and get the issue resolved and discovered that the only person working was the receptionist. She informed us that the owner and the maintenance person who could turn the hot water on were at a town party and was unsure when they would return. She “upgraded” our rooms, which were still questionable. But the maintenance person was still a no show. When my husband went to speak to the receptionist again he overheard another customer complain about being without hot water for 2 days. At that point we decided to leave and look for another place to stay. Also, my confirmation charge was $211.68 and the hotel tried charging $333! I disputed the charge with my card company! Please be careful when booking here!

La habitación se encontraba limpia, sin embargo le falta mantenimiento ya que el teléfono no funcionaba, el lavamanos estaba tapado, el cortinero estaba dañado y ese día que llegamos no habia agua caliente además de que no cuentan con planchas suficientes y algunos de los muebles se encuentran muy deteriorados

Lastimosamente tienen muy poco personal para poder mantener las bonitas instalaciones que tienen en buen estado. La presión del agua es mala, no tenian control remoto para TV ni AC, habia colillas de cigarrillo en la terraza y la obturador de las habitaciones se está cayendo a pedazos. Es un espectacular lugar, lastima que se esté cayendo

Muy bonito el castillo pero las habitaciones están en pésimas condiciones, muy sucio, el baño nos dio tanto asco que fuimos a comprar un tapete para podernos bañar sin pisar el suelo lleno de hongos. No tenía ni siquiera jabón para las manos, las toallas percudidas, un desperdicio de la propiedad… definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar ahí. Probablemente a lo único que volvería sería a tomar fotos en el exterior,
