Absolutely loved Casa Kloster. Guanajuato is just a gem and Casa Kloster is the best hotel - the rooms are smaller but it makes it up with the Serbians atmosphere.

Magnificent staff.! Nice place to stay its classy, clean I felt safe and comfortable their staff is so helpful and welcoming! Restaurant for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner was delicious! Nice stay, but overpriced without included breakfast I recently stayed at Casa Kloster via Expedia. The room was clean, good air conditioning, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. However, I felt that the price was too high for what was offered — the cost didn’t include breakfast, and that really made a difference. For the price paid, I expected more amenities or some complimentary breakfast at least. Overall, good hotel. Would recommend checking what is included before booking and comparing with other options.
