"Spacious appartment, friendly staff (not every one could speak english there) . It has two building blocks, one that faces a main road and I was living in there. Lots of noise coming in from the street/ road until Mexicans go home to sleep ! The appartment had more necessities for a solo traveler , utensils in the kitchen, crockery etc. I was here in late October, so the weather was a bit cold in the evening, which is what people in leon are really waiting for, but the appartment did not have...

"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....

"Staff is friendly and accommodating . Breakfast was delicious . Great location . Nice view from 5th floor terrace.The only suggestion is having more than one fan in a room because it got really hot in the room since there’s no AC . Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Second time staying here and would stay here again! Thank you to the staff who were so helpful and warm ! "
