They first gave me a occupied room which was awful since I woke up the person in the room,keep in mind we arrived at 2am don't want to know how the person felt too.Then the room the second room they gave me was dirty hair in the bathtub,No TV remote. The receptionist was ok at first but then gave us an attitude after we return to inform about the occupied room like it was our fault really bad experience!! All we wanted was to rest due to the long trip.

The hotel is very outdated nothing like the pictures. We were set up in one room and the ac wasnt working, water from the shower was coming out brown and water was rising. Second room they changed us the ac was dripping and there was puddles of water inside the room.

El aire acondicionado, no servía, en el baño se tapó la bañera, y olía muy mal. La habitación amplia, pero la limpieza le faltó un poco, ya que la mesa que estaba en la habitación estaba sucia, el personal muy amable, y el desayuno bien. Gracias.

El hotel en si, ya es un edificio viejito y al cual se ve que no le dan mantenimiento. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, me tocó una que tenía fuga en el baño. El aire acondicionado no funciona, tenía un ventilador de piso, un burro para planchar que no funcionó. Tiene muchos detalles que no me gustaron. Por lo que pague por noche no lo vale...
