El servicio al cliente es pésimo, tardan años en abrir debido a que no hay nadie en recepción. Al llegar Según ellos cancelaron mi reserva por medio de Expedia porque supuestamente nunca pudieron validar "la tarjeta" y solo querían pago en efectivo. (yo nunca recibí ningún aviso o mensaje por la plataforma).
