This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice.
