Great hotel & location for solo travelers

The front desk staff from Minerva, Carlos, Romero, etc to the great housekeeper who was so quick I making my bed! Gracias!

It was a great place to stay however, it was challenging to find out staff were not able to communicate in English so there was a constant delay in communication.

No elevator, rude staff, had to beg for water. Inconvenient and extremely small room made me feel I was sleeping in the bathroom with was right next to me. I want my money back.

Small hotel located near the Colonia Americana. At night they close the gate. You'll have to press the switch to speak to the receptionist to open the gate. Sometimes they take a while to answer and open the gate. It can be a bit annoying.

Todo muy limpio, la alberca pequeña pero funcional, no me gustó que desde muy temprano me estuvieran marcando y mandando mensajes de wapp para preguntarme si en realidad iba a llegar siendo que el check-in es a las 3 pm aprox. Solo tienen dos cajones de estacionamiento así que si tienes ganas de salir en la noche corres el riesgo de ya no encontrar lugar donde estacionar tu vehículo.
