Demasiado ruido

Tuvimos problemas con el ruido. Se hospedan muchos trabajadores de la zona y lo utilizan como lugar para fiesta. Estuvieron haciendo ruido toda la madrugada. Y al quejarnos con la recepcion su excusa fue que eran trabajadores. Se nos cambio de habitacion pero volvieron a hacer ruido desde las 4 de la mañana.

Las camas tenían cabellos de huéspedes anteriores, el baño exageradamente sucio, el drenaje de la regadera estaba tapado. Se suponía que era área donde no se permitía fumar y el olor era exagerado a cigarro que inclusive había una cajetilla en la pequeña terraza

Ni estacionamiento ni factura.

Mal, tienen estacionamiento pero no nos dejaron estacionarnos, tratamos de cancelar la reservación pero no hacían reembolso y tuvimos que buscar estacionamiento lejos de ahí, lo que ocasionó más gasto de tiempo, dinero y traslados innecesarios. El otro aspecto negativo es que nos dijeron que tampoco emiten facturas.
