Our rooms AC was broken but they changed us rooms right away. There are no fridges in the rooms. The pool water is super hot and you can’t take outside food or drinks at the pool. Service from staff was amazing they are super responsive

Excellent location for shopping! overall hotel was nice but some pool tiles were missing, the soundproofing between rooms was terrible. The plumbing in the shower didn’t work - shower wouldn’t turn off and the shower head dripped for 2 days. Maid didn’t give us towels one day. Staff was very nice but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Not sure it is a 4 star hotel.

We were originally in one of the rooms in the tower but had to upgrade to one of the suites as the Air Conditioning for the rooms in Tower can not cool below 26 celcius and it was extremely hot. If you stay here I strongly recommend the suite and not one of the rooms in the tower.
